Taking Back Control

Taking back control doesn’t have to include a major life change.

Sometimes it does, but not always.

Taking back control can be as easy as deciding to stock your desk with healthy snacks instead of relying on the office-provided candy bars.

Taking back control can be as easy as declining one meeting.

Taking back control can be as easy as pausing and listening to your child instead of telling them to wait.

Taking back control is really about deciding with intent.

Deciding because you thought about it and believe this is the right path.

Not because it was convenient or built out of a habit of sheltering ourselves from the responsibility of control.

Control is possible.  But it requires you being engaged.  It requires YOU.
